The priority is to be offering high quality products and services, which posses the ability to be demanded abroad. Our products with the school’s logo, or the logo of partner-schools, will be introduced into the market in many of the cooperating countries.
In order to increase the effectivity we will use the strategic plan of the company. The main role will be done in cooperation with the marketing and production department. Our aim is to exchange products between us and our international partners, afterwards they will be offered to the school in our school chocolate store.
The communication will be done mainly through the internet, e-mails or phone. The products sent will be rather seasonal products therefore it is not possible to define them at the beginning. At the beginning of each new product we would consider the marketing plano f the company and adapt it to the circumnstances recognized by the primary market research. .
